The National Authority for Tourism in partnership with A.N.T.R.E.C. makes the classification procedure of the rural areas touristic pensions and their introduction in the touristic circuit; 

Promotion at tourism fairs and exhibitions

Participation to tourism fairs and exhibitions, in Romania and abroad, specialized or meant for the general public

Mass-media communication

- advertising in national press for general and specialized public, in regional press and various guidebooks meant for the general public;
- publication of some articles in the press, as a result of the information broadcast regularly through press releases;
- presentation of the rural touristic product in various TV shows having as guests the A.N.T.R.E.C. representatives.

The A.N.T.R.E.C. website – www.antrec.ro – provides information about the company's activity, the offers of the A.N.T.R.E.C. branches, images of the touristic pensions A.N.T.R.E.C. members, accompanied by pictograms, a schedule of the cultural manifestations and news from the media.



Knowing the clients and analyzing the results


A.N.T.R.E.C. makes periodical inquiries about the tourists’ level of satisfaction regarding the services provided by the rural touristic pensions, about the tourists’ circulation to various rural touristic destinations. The results of these inquiries are passed on to the media and the coordinating ministry, in order to adapt the rural tourism policy and strategy to the market’s demands.
- the possibility of A.N.T.R.E.C. members to know the tourists requests and expectations beneficiaries of the rural touristic products. 

The monthly magazine „ Vacations in the country side”

It’s a monthly publication of the National Association of Rural, Ecological and Cultural Tourism and it has as a main purpose the promotion of rural tourism.
The circulation of the magazine is of 3.000 to 5.000 copies / issue, according to the demands. The magazine is 32 pages-long, A4 size, full - polychrome, and is printed in excellent graphic conditions. The magazine is meant for both tourists, those who wish to travel through the Romanian villages, as well as for the agro-touristic pension owners from the A.N.T.R.E.C. network. Likewise, those who want to start a company in rural tourism can find useful information in the pages of the magazine (ranging from the bank-offered credits for building houses, to the SAPARD funds).
In each issue, the magazine offers its readers news from various areas of the country, areas where there are pensions belonging to the A.N.T.R.E.C. network, interviews with personalities; there are also several permanent columns: "Life in Green", "Portrait", "Retro", "Glory Box", "Traveler in Romania", "Touristic Destinations", "Leisure". In addition, "VACATIONS IN THE COUNTRYSIDE" magazine promotes special offers of A.N.T.R.E.C. branches.
